Mother 4 Justices says: Your teeth may need help when suffering from depression plus dentists can cost a lot, and dental treatment can also seem like something 'other world' people do.
When you're depressed and feeling defeated or devalued by poor mental health services (too common) or depressed in any way, it can be hard to even face teeth brushing.
The thing that puts some people off is 'it takes two minutes to do it properly, why bother'? *Bleeding gums can also signal illness.
So here is what you can do until you can consider a visit to the dentist: Buy some food grade hydrogen peroxide, and a baby toothbrush - these are soft and won't irritate tender gums so much - use for only as long as you can stand and brush gently - then use your mouthwash.
Mix your peroxide with water. Use a few teaspoons of it to half a cup of water or measure as per the bottle instructions. You can make a cup and leave it on the side as a mouthwash, just remember never to swallow it as it's pretty bad if you do, make you very sick. So ensure just to swill and spit this as often as three times a day, or less if you can't handle it.
Do what you can do, not what you can't.
It helps to restructure your teeth too f you make another (separate cup) mix of bicarbonate of soda and sea salt (which can now be bought cheaply) and to mix about two teaspoons of each in some warm water (until dissolves, you can melt it in hot water and let it cool) and rinse with this after the hydrogen peroxide, this will help stem gum disease (or bleeding gums) and help prevent tooth decay.
Recent research brings us Ultra Sound to regrow teeth something many will be very happy about.

Sad that 'libertarians' have acted so funny - they must know that underhand insider info will only ever be regarded as corruption? They seek to own, direct. control and dominate, in that order, often. They seek to seduce your mind, they stalk your life, they infiltrate your family and friends and they use narcissists as conduits to do this. If you'd like real insight - try two things - read Andy and Kev's book (heroes!) and understand where Sam Vaknin is coming from. Then - you cannot stop the attempts at infiltration but you will know that 1. There is no privacy online 2. See you at our private place - oot there. ID Cards - a request for a pilot in Kensington

Dear Fenella Aouane,
Welcome to my home, I trust this finds you well and look forward to
working with you.
Could we try an emergency pilot scheme for ID cards in the Borough due
to the arrests of several suspected terrorists locally recently?
I believe, and have always believed, that ID cards would be of enormous
benefit in reducing crime and preventing mass murder, trafficking and
other horror and believe we must now act as if an emergency is at hand.
I hope you agree and in order to maintain eminent sense , could we
please have an online consultation service for residents, it need cost
nothing st all but a half an hour to set up (happy to advise, gratis) -
all taxpayers invited to urgently participate in security information
and forum input for the safety and security of the neighbourhood.

I think it was 2008-10 when I petitioned the government to introduce ID
cards- at the time, oddly, Harriet Harman was the only one making any
sense in this area - the cards would out paedophiles and criminals
galore - let's help our police and other services today and introduce
ID cards for residents of less than 8 years.
That way we can ID where the worst offenders are and detect what
they've been up to. We need to do this 10 years ago - would have saved
lives and helped everyone good.
Sadly - it only serves corruption and criminals not to have them at
this time. Let's get them in overnight - and review them in four-five
years - for the sake of YOUR security - let's say YES to ID (as the
no's argument holds no water at all, not when implemented in this way)
Number 10 are aware they are coveting criminals with their hedge
funds and illegal spending - UKIP will put this right -
meantime, I sent this to Larry at LBC just now:

Italian love - Thomas A and Shaolin Philosophy = simplez - *Shaolin Catholic* speakz
I was in bed thinking of Italy and weeping at its incredibly undervalued beauty - all those wonderful, artful, beautiful, kind and loving Italians - the art, the landscapes, the architecture, the hills, the engineering the history -* the cooking* (ohhhh yessss) - but do they understand Thomas Aquinas? The nice, beautiful saint, born in the inimitable, untouchable, stunning - Naples (like so many of my favourite people) Do they comprehend what (lost translations considered (?))Thomas deduced from Aristotle's view of 'communis'?
Have they read (and more importantly, understood) R.C. Sproul Jr. on this topic?
Was our saint - abused as a child? So many good people are motivated by not only virtuosity - but by justice, social justice. Laveyan's are driven by guilt and injustice. Saint's are driven by good either due to good (not 'special') blood - or any combination of above, but not by guilt. Guilt is for those who do shame and shame is for the wicked and wicked belongs in humour and nowhere else. All good folks know this. All of us are sinners and must do penance for it and god is our judge, so bless us miserable sob's dear Lord and above all, love Italy and the Pope. He's a good man is Francis, do not doubt this Pope too much, but remember, as a man, he is fallible- and consider this: Remember that Shaolin philosophy isn't written about as cat's and dogs, owls and rabbits, mice and ants, don't write books. Just remember, you are important due to your associations, but you are only special to your close ones.

Healthy Vegetarian *quick cook low fat* korma dish FAVA BEANS #nom
I love Korma but it can be fattening.
Have a quick and easy, healthy and low fat version.
Robillard's Healthy Korma
serves 2
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tspn cardamon crushed
1/2 tspn cumin
1/4 tspn dried ground Bay leaf (optional but nice)
1-2 chopped lemon grass sticks
1/2 cup ground almond
1/2 tspn fresh thyme
1-2 clove crushed garlic
1 small/1/2 grated carrot
1-2 cup beans (broad/FAVA beans are lovely with this)
1. tspn turmeric
1. Half cup coconut milk
1. Half cup Greek yogurt
1. Pinch sea-salt and coriander or mint leaves to decorate.
Serve with rice or flat bread.
Omitting the beans, mix ingredients and heat gently for about 5 mintues, set aside, then heat your beans for about 4-5 minutes, add the sauce. Voila, Bon appetite, Liz Robillard

This is absolutely delicious and great to make on a Saturday in anticipation of a lie-in on a Sundi morning and not wanting to cook at breakfast (initially) but needing something scrummy (with your West African coffee!) Another heavier cake for those who like things a little stodgier.
2 tsps Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 cup walnut/rapeseed oil
1/4 tspn vanilla bean paste
1/3 tsp salt
1/2 bicarb soda
1-2 cup oats
1 cup flour
1 cup polenta/semolina flour
1-2 teaspoons mixed spice
1 cup lemon curd
4 eggs
250ml (half large pot) yogurt
Heat oven to medium. Place a (ceramic) bowl of water at the bottom of the oven. Grease and line the cake/loaf tin with flour. Mix all your ingredients well until its a 'holy' but cakey mixture and scrape in your tin. Bake for approx one and a quarter hours. Check for springiness after 35 mins.
Serve with St.Dalfour Cherry Jam
