Hi - telephone message was received - understand you couldn't gain entry to flat 2, 296, confirm they have been working up until 8-9 PM and all weekend - terrible, in ear-defenders and ear plugs - shaking - the vibration is the worst - causes much distress/illness/sickness imobilises you to the spot - it's absolutely terror. I have a professional sound-measuring device - stopped taking data as it's nearly always off the scale in any event- the noise is insane - they do not adhere to any law.
