as explained, I don't have my own copy of the complaint filed, if you could send me a copy of the complaint (your own complaints form) I would be grateful as the other two copies are with a judge and the ECHR, I just need my own copy, also have today sent an addendum to the files and complaint, containing handwritten (copy) evidence that no permission was given to Dr.Murch (re complaint)

GMC COMPLAINT -RE SIMON MURCH 4/04/09

Dear Tim Cox Brown

I currently have a case filed at the ECHR, medical records and related documents are filed there and at other legal departments.

I have sent these files as a start to accompany the complaint form also sent today, the rest to follow as some are contained within records help away from my home. I am copying The Times, Dr.Pal and Dr.Badsha into these as they have been supportive friends.

CONFIDENTIAL AND WITHOUT PREJUDICE

(as far as I'm concerned I am not breaking any law sharing this with trusted people and not being any ongoing court proceedings)

Files showing Royal Free (Simon Murch, Walker-Smith etc) and the GP Dr.O'Brien, then next-door neighbour of Dr.Murch - experimenting with my son, showing no illness - tests prior to invasive colonoscopy all 'negative' for all infections I believe - see attached - yet prescribing 'vancomycin' and lots of drugs/laxitives. Please see Dr.Murch refer to encourage Jamie (my son) to take medicine.

My son is non-verbal and labelled ''autistic'' despite Angelmans' Syndrome not having been excluded (my sons happy nature and 'happy flapping' part of Angelman features).
