Dear Ms.Lehane/Miss McLoughlin

please would you consider delaying the application for discharge of the CO
until I am able to secure the services of a solicitor? I have no wish
to act as LIP (never have) and believe being forced to do so would make me
more ill, that would lead to a potential violation regarding fair
hearings, disability law etc

As you may be aware solicitors are overstretched at present, so it is difficult to find one with time to do this. I will not stop trying to find one and am open to any
recommendations from you, feel free to give my number (0789 504 6822) I have
tried all the usual routes (law society, intenet ans so on)

Also I am unsure if you are filing an application or having a hearing on the 15th?
Please would you clarify this for me?

I feel it is in Jamies' best interests to have contact with me as
I wish to provide for him where necessary, and hopefully care for him
overnight at some stage, although it is unlikely, I cannot help but
to hope for the best, although I understand the ancient Greeks
regarded hope as a crime with penalty of death

Yours sincerely
