'Data Retention and Investigatory Powers Bill — Second Reading (16 July
2014)

    Lord Taylor of Holbeach: ...specified in a data retention notice;
place requirements on the Secretary of State to keep such notices under
review; set out the security requirements that apply; provide that
service providers can be reimbursed for any expenses incurred in
complying with the requirements; and revoke the 2009 regulations, as
they will be redundant. The noble and learned Lord, Lord Hope of
Craighead' notable and admirable action, thank you.

Please would you be so kind to put forth a motion for Lords to request
the mandatory declaring of property ownership by MP's and council
officials that may effect local planning laws? The reasons for this are
plenty but particularly that  I saw a politician on Twitter claiming
much property and wanting to undercut British construction workers (was
pro-EU Lib-Dem) with low cost Eastern Europeans - some such owners are
now facing huge bills for having done this already (legal costs and
accountability are also a consideration)

It may be considered good business to get cheap builders in to create
(later) better work for Brit builders by dizzy people, but the public
have had enough of underhand deals, deception and sabotage (as well as
sneaking about)  - would be nice to see some positive, overt action
that proves to be anti-corruption.

Emergency Help Needed for Scottish Children

Dear Lord Adonis,

I trust this finds you well, your good work speaks for itself. thank
you.

I'd like to draw your attention to a very disturbing lack of service in
Scotland.

Children are reported as being born but not being registered and being
abused and killed for 'snuff' movies, that are naturally causing much
mental anguish across the board.

Dear Lord Rix


Sadly people are believing you are part of the 'Savile' abuse crimes as you don't campaign enough/properly/loudly to provide communications devices and software for disabled kids, who are often suffering added mental illness due to the trauma of rape, violation and other abuses, as you are aware.

 You've been involved with your enormous influence, for far too long not to have very clear, simple and easy explanation as to why all children are not automatically equipped with facilitators to help them via Education Departments - to help them communicate with said hardware and software, the ranges available suits all. Even gorillas have been proven to be able to communicate and make choices, the development of such communication is though, human, we can improve all the time with the correct input.

I do not believe there are any acceptable excuses. More often than not, disabled kids can communicate, they are just not able to so with the wrong devices or assistants/teachers.

They are suffering 1.Deprivation of liberty 2. No family life/deprived of family who love them/stuck with people who abuse them (hidden abuse)


 I for one, am exhausted with trying to make the world understand that disabled doesn't equal ignorant or stupid (and often means HIGH EQ) or not able to comprehend.

 I'd appreciate a very loud and public mass campaign to get the message out LOUD AND CLEAR and wish you well.

Communications for Disabled & Access to Justice

Dear Lord Patel of Bradford,

As a parent and and campaigner I'd to thank you for your efforts sir.

I wonder if you would be so kind to consider who could effectively
ensure and implement (for all children with LD's) provision of
communication devices and free, private and personal assistive
communications software and hardware technology that is personalised
and not intruded upon by carers (unless in a strictly only technical
capacity?) I am alarmed that people with LD's are horribly
underestimated vis a vis EQ as opposed to IQ (see Daniel Goleman) and
also that the law is defining brain damage/slowness with receptive
intelligence/comprehension and 'mental illness' e.g if my son has been
abused, and suffering trauma, and he can't talk, he may still have a
very clear understanding of what happened to him and should, by law,
have every chance to give evidence in a court of law.

Children with LD's don't have a purpose nor propensity for lying. This
needs investigation as does the Mental Capacity Act and potential
misuse of, and it's possible aid to historical
corruption/abuse/malpractice/misfeasance.

Thousands have died without the ability or right to access justice or
communications, violating most laws including articles 6 and 8 of the
HRA (as well as discrimination)
