Devoid of common sense and loaded with NLP'd attitude and prejudice cops still don't take statements (or evidence) about corruption, child abuse or rape - that's here in Kensington anyway. Don't come to Kensington if you're into justice, they care about property and that's about it. Not one of them loved as a baby.
