Sir,

I really feel that now there needs to be a medical negligence claim
against the local authority for refusing to treat Jamie for a diagnosed
bowel disease. The Social Services have refused to even allow Jamie to go to
a nutritionist appointment. Jamie has seen nobody regarding being in nappies
aged 14 or explain his frequent 'tummy upsets' . They say he is
'independent' in changing his nappies (he needs a
lot of help_) but the fact is, the material coming out of Jamie isn't
normal, it's my belief he's in pain and has been for years and the local
authority are criminally covering this up.

I have some legal aid now with Edward Hayes solicitors re section 91 appeal
. They have a
reputaion for exposing fraud and crime that I feel RBKC are guilty of in
covering up and not treating my sons bowel condition and leaving him in
pain. I feel they need to know about this issue but your advice is much
valued.

I'm enclsoing a self-explan email from the now social-worker Erika
Endlein. I feel from all the papers I have, there is definately a case for
clinical negligence in Jamies' case tregarding his bowel problem. I hope you
can see this as well as I need Jamie to get real help now. Yesterday he was
with me, but as usual a lot of the time clutching at his guts. I have a
report (attached) from 2004 from the respite care facility where jamie stays
a lot. It's a typical report. It seems everyone wants to deny Jamie has a
serious bowel condition. I am very worried for my son, and Simon Murch told
me that if the 'Vancomycin' didn't work that Jamie would have this bowel
problem for life and may need operations- a complete contradiction to the
Local Authority view 'there's nothing we can do ignore it' - I reallly think
it is time to apply for funding to chase them to help Jamie right now.

I look forward to hearing from you, as I dont know what else to do, the
complaints to pct etc haven't helped, jamie remains in much discomfort and
it is filmed etc - (the other film will be with you by next friday latest,
on cd-rom re GP '6 year mumps')

Thanks for your time
