Dear Dr.Borgne
I am sending a Legal Notice of Name Change (to follow this letter)
The new name I am using is not without humour or truth.
This is due to too many requests for my date of birth recently. I confirm I support
'Privacy International', 'Democracy Defined' and 'Say No To ID'.
Below is how NHS websites instructions to give Dextamethasone test
as you can see, one test, as you've planned, does not appear suffient;
first dose Dexamethasone 0.5 mg orally, and subsequent doses at 15.00, 21.00 and 03.00. [For children < 10 yrs a dose of 5
mcg/kg 6 hrly is recommended. However, the test has not been standardised in young children and misleading results
have been obtained] Commence 24 hr urine collection (non-acid, 09.00 - 09.00).
3. Day 3: Complete Day 2 24-hr urine collection. Give Dexamethasone 0.5 mg orally as per day 1. Commence 24-hr urine
(non-acid, 09.00 - 09.00).
4. Day 4: Take blood sample for basal cortisol estimation (Single SST) at 9.00. Complete Day 3 24-hr urine collection. Low
dose test is now complete. Give first dose Dexamethasone 2.0 mg orally and subsequent doses at 15.00, 21.00 and 03.00.
Commence 24-hr urine collection (non-acid).
5. Day 5: Complete Day 4 24-hr urine collection. Give Dexamethasone 2.0 mg orally as per day 4. Commence 24-hr urine
(non-acid, 09.00 - 09.00).
6. Day 6: Complete Day 5 24-hr urine collection. Take blood sample for basal cortisol [end]
I confirm, I have Cushings Syndrome Diagnosis x 3 (all legally filed in Courts of Law)
(due to clinical appearance, symptoms and raised ACTH) as well as having been diagnosed
by Dr.O'Brien, of having Lymphedema and PCOS (without having seen me or tested for it)
and by an independent DWP GP as being Arthritic in hips, knees and hands
and am receiving treatemnt for heart (Angina) etc
I have queried my medical records as they appear to be confused with 2 of my siblings.
Please refer the question of the Dexamethasone test back to the Endocronologist you spoke to.
I am sorry I cannot get to hospital, I feel it would be risking my life to transfer to hospital
and feel too unsafe to visit hospital for tests, as I have seizures etc mostly under control if I stay indoors.
I am also unable to walk for or for long so feel generally vulnerable at times, often in pain and especially due to exhaustion.
I have very little faith in hospitals in any event, having lost my mother, father and aunt recently, all dying due, in my opinion, to [GP and] Hospital incompetence.
I'd appreciate knowing what is going on with my blood, as I confirm I wish to treat myself as far as I'm able
as I'm studying several subjects and will hopefully qualify as a holistic medicine practitioner
(subjects studied including Nutrition, Herbs, Counselling etc) when able, as well as practising as an amatuer para-legal eg am self-representing at Strasbourg (ECHR etc) due to intricate and vast
legal wrangles with the council, in itself stressful and exhausting.
I am also parent to a severely learning disabled son, whom is placed on the CP register due to his violent father, whom the local authority support; I oppose this placement vehemently and it is a constant source of misunderstanding and chronic distress.
Due to medical records being quite erroneous, please ask me directly if you have any questions.
Thanks for bearing with me, I look forward to hearing from you
Yours sincerely
