Always have backups, and keep a spare, a bit of paranoia can serve you well - Strange behaviour of social workers, determined to conspire to pervert justice - it's not legal, don't do it

RE YOUR ERRONEOUS NOTE TAKING

Your notes are again erroneous in the extreme, the malice behind them
crystal clear.

I have NEVER not wanted contact with my son.

I have been arguing for more contact since July 2001 and since the
care order was made when overnight contact was recomneded by the Judge!

You and your department have kept my child from me maliciously, that is
the truth, you know this, it proves your inabilty to be impartial professionals
or in any way responsible enough.

OUR LIVES ARE NOT A JOKE FOR YOUR AMUSEMENT

I said to you, that I did not want contact if it would
endanger Jamie (my son) or upset Robert (the father) as he is dangerous
and violent, you are aware of this.

I was never consulted over Jamie going to foster care either, and
not Jamie spends 5 out of 6 weekends in respite as well as after school care,
the father spends no time with our son.

I will address the rest of your files at a later date.

I will share this with others as you obviously cannot be trusted to share
information correctly and you are leaving my child without his mother for no good
reason AT ALL and you know it.

My letter to 'Fay' is not mentioned so I enclose it below, she has, unsurprisingly, not had the courtesy to reply.

Nothing I have said or written that is positive has been recorded bar one call.

It is a disgrace.

Yours sincerely

Dear Fay

thanks for writing, I appreciate it.
I did request Erika Endlein (current SW, CWDT)
to put me in touch.

There are voluminous and masses of issues regarding Jamie-
so as to avoid those not relevant I'd just like to offer
my ideas for Jamie but first to understand what services
will be available to Jamie when he turns 18?

Is there a long-term provision strategy at executive
planning level to cover that time?

Jamie will need extensive help, I imagine for the rest of his
life, and life has been difficult for him, but despite
all that he remains a lovely young man and very
docile, sweet and charming as he has been since a baby.

Jamie loves the outdoors and travel, as well as loving
to help with tasks and chores like gardening and cooking,
sorting things into categories, puzzles, toys and playing
some computer games as well as horse riding, swimming and
other outdoor pursuits.

He is presently generally mute and in nappies, but has been known
to have words, mainly approximations but he had some
clear words when he was around age 6 to 8 1/2 sadly lost them
once he began attending an ABA school.

I believe Jamie is frustrated at not being able to
progress as he would like. I feel if he were given
lots more of a choice across the board, his learning
would come on in leaps and bounds. I am disheartened
at the lack of understanding of his needs.

I'm fine to meet with you or speak to you anytime
all beig well, so feel free,

Yours sincerely
