Mother Robillard swings for truth, justice and authentic, decent, liberty

Mother 4 Justice - Elizabeth Robillard blogs and shares truth and information

Sad that 'libertarians' have acted so funny - they must know that underhand insider info will only ever be regarded as corruption? We have to have SOME privacy in order to protect our development and investments. http://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2014/nov/18/usa-freedom-act-republicans-block-bill Please note that Psychopaths are eternally insecure and very amusing. They seek to own, direct. control and dominate, in that order, often. They seek to seduce your mind, they stalk your life, they infiltrate your family and friends and they use narcissists as conduits to do this. If you'd like real insight - try two things - read Andy and Kev's book (heroes!) and understand where Sam Vaknin is coming from. Then - you cannot stop the attempts at infiltration but you will know that 1. There is no privacy online 2. See you at our private place - oot there.  The psychopaths pride themselves on knowing everything but they lose out on colloquial stuff. An example is that to know me, you'd need a working understanding of culture - and know well the stuff of Ken Loach, Alan Bates, Hardy (Thomas and Francois)  and Czech artists, for a start.

Chandeliers for sale and why I admire, respect and love my disability - do you, or do you WANT to change?

Mother 4 Justice - Elizabeth Robillard blogs and shares truth and information

Successful and happy people live their lives in gratitude and servitude and learn to celebrate all life's little foibles and quirks. Libertarian Socialism as wot UKIP stands for (and Identity, big issue with me) so is certainly then, the perfect choice for the more discerning disabled, centrist.

One of the negative things to seriously consider though, aside from pain and terror (such as that inflicted by IDS) with disability, is suffering the maddening daily abuse of being undervalued and patronised.

I know that Stephen Hawking would have something to say about this as would my own lovely son, Jamie - were he allowed to communicate about his bullied torture and other unbearable mistreatment and terror inflicted by RBKC legal department (please provide the info requested RBKC)  The corruption in RBKC runs deep, it's not just legal, there is trafficking and hate crime, misfeasance, conspiracy and more. All landing squarely at the feet of Conservative HQ, don't blame the oligarchs Norman, they have great taste in chandeliers, ask my friend Jess's husband - Tim Graves. He works for many an oligarch and is a delightful designer. Everyone in London loves chandeliers. Here's mine. Gonna alter it a bit and add some more crystals though. Also just bought a beautiful peach one on sale at Amazon (bottom). Only a few left. get yours now - nice Christmas pressie.

and

just bought (for 15 quid!)

OH gawd - 'friends of justice' are writing about Ayn Rand again - she was a nice but batty old thing

Atlas F*cked

Ayn would now be on HRT and into cougar sex with young Italians (hi beautifulz!) - she wouldn't have been courting married men quite so ardently if she'd been around nowadays - and had she had 'net, we wouldn't have  'Atlas Shrugged' at all, but 'Atlas F*cked' -  cuz if you look closely,  her genuine 'driver '- was horniness - she wanted good sex with a nice man - and the love of a married bloke clearly fueled it- we'd have instead  - if she'd bothered writing it - 'Atlas F*cked' - as darling Hannan wrote on his blog 'too much shrugging' - she'd be less 'Satan' and more  Libertarian and nice if she'd had 'net. Buddhist-Catholic even.

Ever doubted David Icke intention? Check this title 'liberty tactics'

Sufi- Isis love for Dave/ Daddy knows best? I think maybe the public can spell and associate LIBERTY with liberty meaning non-commie and freedom alone - liberty spells my AUTHENTIC hero dad (pictured) is good as is libertarian AS WELL AS MEANING all soldiers who die and kill for it - think he may have alienated A FAIR few people today - stupid man - is Icke pushing F4J bash-rape-stalk-kidnap-mame-kill women?? Is he pushing Sheik-rape or kiddy fiddling with a alien-pedo twist alone? Or has he got any sense left? Let's look at the old silver fruit and see what he's got to say (force yerself, it is duty to serve) Treat yourself to a swig of Fernet after, kills worms and parasites.

Official Libertarian fruit - Nutrition MYTHS - and a bit of lush but simple, healthier, breakfast

Here is a 'Lote' or Holyberry.   Purple Penis plant.

Medicine isn't all malpractice. Natural medicine works well with mainstream, this is why it's called 'complimentary' as the two can work in synergy to help heal broken ones. There's a million sites telling you lots of tips and tricks but here - are the ting that bug me most: I thought all sugar was toxic. Wrong. I even wrote an essay about it. Was a bit off there Sugar actually preserves and though too much is proved to be harmful and to cause obesity and too much/unwanted energy, all foods turn to sugar in any event.  The wrong carbs feed certain bacteria 'too much', so you have to balance your bacteria, not eliminate it, unless it's a bad bug you have (that's for another day). It's a common mistake to think candida as an illness and not a bacteria present in all of us.

With me, it's white sugar that's sometimes bad. White sugar has no good nutrient and 'burns' the other, good, nutrients your body needs. It can exacerbate unhealthy gut flora and for this you need experiment with Probiotics as they do work when used properly. Use the ones that survive the stomach acid. We seek to restore health with balance. Holiday Probiotics are effective. There are some good ones here. Sugar can cause imbalance and causes an over-acidic environment in your body, bad for pain, bad for nerves (lots of 'B vitamin' foods help) .

Reduce your sugar and try not to use white sugar. Billingtons are good if you suffer any illness.

Rule of thumb if you are overweight/ill - remove white sugar and remove bleached bread flour for at least a month.

A quick and healthy breakfast is to have wholemeal toast with a thin smidge of Marmite and a wipe of nut butter and if extra starving beyond starving - also have a bowl of oats, with fruit yogurt and a 1/4 a teaspoon of Cinnamon, I add extra fruit or lemon curd - lemon curd on cereal with yogurt is Divine (but not if you are still sensitive to white sugar) Also you can use sultanas or raisins with oats and mixed spice and yogurt for Christmas type  breakfast.

Make your apple sauce now too. Bramley chopped with a little sugar/syrup/honey, tiny pinch of sea salt, bung in micro, with a little bit of water for about 7 minutes cool, put in empty jar (honey/curd) and in fridge. Add a spoon or two of that to your cereal - even better is add low cost jams to soaked oats/granola and yogurt with mixed spice. Experiment with your breakfasts, it's fun.

Adding peanut butter, pinch sea salt, mixed spice, marmalade and raisins to flour and a little syrup can make easy (great) low fat cookies too. You can also make your cereal healthier by soaking it - not for cornflake/crispy lovers though. What you do is take a pack of your fav cereal, pour into a large bowl/container, add  yogurt, water and lemon curd, when it's the consistency you like, put the lid on and then open when you want to eat. This soaked grain is much healthier than having it dry and you can prepare enough cereal for a week like this. Adding nuts and seeds is even better. Very handy. So remember this- experiment, soak, remove white sugar for a month, reduce all sugars. use different sugar alternatives (as rotating and diversifying diet is brilliant at improving immunity) and also - have fun making pickles.  Getting into fermenting foods is a riot and fun that is not to be missed. You will end up happily drunk. Grate some carrots, add to a orange juice, half a teaspoon ground ginger, water. Stick it in a bottle. Leave it to ferment but don't leave lid on tight, leave it loose. This will eventually turn to alcohol (week or so)  But - add the mix to your cereal for extra health before it turns to a brilliant drink.

Always have brown sauce with bacon (high in Omega 3) too, healthier choice and for added minerals and greens - add leaves to your samwidges (if none available, sprinkle with dried parsley).  If you insist on tomato sauce - try making your own, for a quick and delicious 'superfood' sauce buy a tin of ratatouille, add plenty of balsamic vinegar, half a jar of apple sauce, half a teaspoon of mixed spice, pinch of ground sea salt, pinch of mixed herbs, pinch of black pepper - put in your juicer and then transfer to a jar, serve with your (grilled)fry-up. You will certainly love this. Nom.

Libertarian foods include local cheeses (waves) and honeys (flash) and locally sourced ginger's, herbs and other delightful work-from-home - or near home- Farmer's Market style goodies we can all grow if we big up my indoor gardening biz

Ward goes shopping

'In our local open markets here, you can buy fresher in smaller quantities cheaper than you can buy two-for-one offers in the supermarkets. But still, the price you pay is silly.

That's not because the stallholders are ripping you off (although without doubt, the cheese vendeurs rip the tourists off bigtime); rather, it's because they too have to pay far too much in terms of everything from local taxes via petrol prices to cinema tickets read more

Reasons To Love Capitalism #999 (& NEWS - Magna Carta )

Much of the Chinese wealth move over here nowadays and as I've said, there is the fact that should you ever be in a position where you are bullied, unheard or violated - you now have the opportunity to express your alarm online (if you don't live in an oppressive society) - and to share detail indeed - but with a controlled communist government that would suppress your freedom of speech, which is very anti Magna Carta (< news) and very anti British (generally) - the lefty scum control-freaks would have carte blanche to oppress (if we allow them back in) and much as I like Ed, we don't like the passive aggressive type of NPD Bully like  the EU,  us British. They all need to rethink Libertarian Socialism as UKIP are doing. We don't want to make the same mistakes the Conservatives have.
