Diane Abbot says Labour mustn't be too UKIP about things

There was me thinking our favourite piss 'ed would be joining that sexy and happy and tax-respecting determined band - when she said today 'Labour mustn't overdo the UKIP '- or some such gem. She once said on BBC London (or was it LBC?) that she used to drink THREE BOTTLES OF WINE JUST FOR LUNCH' made the hard corer weekend drinkers worry for the future of North London did that - still. I have known some other fab lushes from there. Very harsh, snappy and rude some of them, squirrel killers too - but usually - heat of gold with priorities in order. Come on Diane, aint ya sick of all that whining yet? Listen to our reggae you can't argue with it.  Join

Official Libertarian fruit - Nutrition MYTHS - and a bit of lush but simple, healthier, breakfast

Here is a 'Lote' or Holyberry.   Purple Penis plant.

Medicine isn't all malpractice. Natural medicine works well with mainstream, this is why it's called 'complimentary' as the two can work in synergy to help heal broken ones. There's a million sites telling you lots of tips and tricks but here - are the ting that bug me most: I thought all sugar was toxic. Wrong. I even wrote an essay about it. Was a bit off there Sugar actually preserves and though too much is proved to be harmful and to cause obesity and too much/unwanted energy, all foods turn to sugar in any event.  The wrong carbs feed certain bacteria 'too much', so you have to balance your bacteria, not eliminate it, unless it's a bad bug you have (that's for another day). It's a common mistake to think candida as an illness and not a bacteria present in all of us.

With me, it's white sugar that's sometimes bad. White sugar has no good nutrient and 'burns' the other, good, nutrients your body needs. It can exacerbate unhealthy gut flora and for this you need experiment with Probiotics as they do work when used properly. Use the ones that survive the stomach acid. We seek to restore health with balance. Holiday Probiotics are effective. There are some good ones here. Sugar can cause imbalance and causes an over-acidic environment in your body, bad for pain, bad for nerves (lots of 'B vitamin' foods help) .

Reduce your sugar and try not to use white sugar. Billingtons are good if you suffer any illness.

Rule of thumb if you are overweight/ill - remove white sugar and remove bleached bread flour for at least a month.

A quick and healthy breakfast is to have wholemeal toast with a thin smidge of Marmite and a wipe of nut butter and if extra starving beyond starving - also have a bowl of oats, with fruit yogurt and a 1/4 a teaspoon of Cinnamon, I add extra fruit or lemon curd - lemon curd on cereal with yogurt is Divine (but not if you are still sensitive to white sugar) Also you can use sultanas or raisins with oats and mixed spice and yogurt for Christmas type  breakfast.

Make your apple sauce now too. Bramley chopped with a little sugar/syrup/honey, tiny pinch of sea salt, bung in micro, with a little bit of water for about 7 minutes cool, put in empty jar (honey/curd) and in fridge. Add a spoon or two of that to your cereal - even better is add low cost jams to soaked oats/granola and yogurt with mixed spice. Experiment with your breakfasts, it's fun.

Adding peanut butter, pinch sea salt, mixed spice, marmalade and raisins to flour and a little syrup can make easy (great) low fat cookies too. You can also make your cereal healthier by soaking it - not for cornflake/crispy lovers though. What you do is take a pack of your fav cereal, pour into a large bowl/container, add  yogurt, water and lemon curd, when it's the consistency you like, put the lid on and then open when you want to eat. This soaked grain is much healthier than having it dry and you can prepare enough cereal for a week like this. Adding nuts and seeds is even better. Very handy. So remember this- experiment, soak, remove white sugar for a month, reduce all sugars. use different sugar alternatives (as rotating and diversifying diet is brilliant at improving immunity) and also - have fun making pickles.  Getting into fermenting foods is a riot and fun that is not to be missed. You will end up happily drunk. Grate some carrots, add to a orange juice, half a teaspoon ground ginger, water. Stick it in a bottle. Leave it to ferment but don't leave lid on tight, leave it loose. This will eventually turn to alcohol (week or so)  But - add the mix to your cereal for extra health before it turns to a brilliant drink.

Always have brown sauce with bacon (high in Omega 3) too, healthier choice and for added minerals and greens - add leaves to your samwidges (if none available, sprinkle with dried parsley).  If you insist on tomato sauce - try making your own, for a quick and delicious 'superfood' sauce buy a tin of ratatouille, add plenty of balsamic vinegar, half a jar of apple sauce, half a teaspoon of mixed spice, pinch of ground sea salt, pinch of mixed herbs, pinch of black pepper - put in your juicer and then transfer to a jar, serve with your (grilled)fry-up. You will certainly love this. Nom.

Reasons To Love Capitalism #999 (& NEWS - Magna Carta )

Much of the Chinese wealth move over here nowadays and as I've said, there is the fact that should you ever be in a position where you are bullied, unheard or violated - you now have the opportunity to express your alarm online (if you don't live in an oppressive society) - and to share detail indeed - but with a controlled communist government that would suppress your freedom of speech, which is very anti Magna Carta (< news) and very anti British (generally) - the lefty scum control-freaks would have carte blanche to oppress (if we allow them back in) and much as I like Ed, we don't like the passive aggressive type of NPD Bully like  the EU,  us British. They all need to rethink Libertarian Socialism as UKIP are doing. We don't want to make the same mistakes the Conservatives have.

Rethinking Thomas Piketty

The economy is UKIP's number ONE priority as it supports the health and welfare system that we all hold so dear in Britain, so it was worth noting the post of
'Jason Werpy'
(Posted about 2 months ago) in answer to
'Nick Hanauer': Beware, fellow plutocrats, the pitchforks are coming
I think you were on to a solution, but then you lost the handle talking about teachers and cops. Your initial comment about CEO's not making more than 10X the lowest paid employees has nothing to do with minimum wage, it is about MAXIMUM wage. But the key great thing about maximum wage is that if the CEO runs his business well, the maximum wage increases as that CEO can share the spoils of success with everyone in the business. A minimum wage no longer is necessary. For public positions, I don't think this is as big of an issue. There is a market for these skills and people pursuing jobs in that market. The administration for schools and police departments rarely come close to making 10x what the regular workers do. So its not really the same thing' source

Why 'Hacked off' can pheck off somewhat and why I love the Daily Mail (and Rupert Murdoch)

People say nasty stuff. They get rejected and jealous and resentful. That's no reason to gag the swine (not my first choice of noun) After all, any eminently sensible person will tell you 'there is NO such thing as bad publicity'. Well. There is when it involves dead or missing children, yes. I guess if 'Hacked Off 'were focused on campaigning for good manners and FAR better defamation and fraud laws, I'd be more of a fan of Hugh et al. Being harassed and bullied is no fun for anyone. Being gallant stretches to lost kids though, repressed and scared people and other oountries in trouble, as well as delicate film stars. Rupert Murdoch is doing some thinking and it's a hunch, he is going to support Scottish independence as well as UKIP - great minds! Good for you cobba - all the best from Kangaroo valley - awaiting imminent demolition from saffa eejeets (owners of the capricious and stupid 'Common Purpose' and now our Earl's Court!)  Murdoch is rumoured to be supporting UKIP and Scottish independence too - hope so, for the sake of all that is right and just

Scotland - why YES is vital

I know some of the world's most beautiful and influential (and wealthy) Scots. They share something in common. Sense. Can assure you they've thought about all possible implications and problems they may encounter with the EU. With her global friends, most notable for me, Australia and Italy - they cannot fail. There is no room for failure. If the results are wrong, we will try again later. Much as I adore UKIP, they do have it wrong on the Scottish independence issue. Scotland can and will do more for England and tourism, than any other political party in the history of the world. The most effective lawyers and innovators are from her lands and the wisest, wealthiest and most innovative, dwell within. So YA trugarez (Breton for 'yes, thank you') More reasons why to vote OCH oui -Piketty agrees

Dear Gerard Batten

I'm sorry to disturb you but I feel the Hampshite Police may be
supporting domestic terrorism  that may prove a gigantic threat to our
national security due to the mindset that has removed a terrified and
cancerous child from glaringly loving parents.

There is no sense detectable, in removing a frightened child in pain
from his parents and siblings. It smacks of extreme sadism, not seen to
this degree since RBKC conspired to take my son Jamie from me in 2001.

It's a miscarriage of justice before it's begun and a grave shame on
our justice system.

Here are the signs of emotional abuse:

'Emotional Abuse Signs - 5 Significant Subtle Signs of Emotional Abuse

By Dr. Jeanne King, Ph.D.

Lack of "emotional safety" is the number one indicator of a potentially
dangerous relationship. It may seem subtle, yet it is ever so
significant with respect to your well-being.

When you have emotional safety, it's palatable. You can feel it in
every fiber of your being. When it's missing, you may feel its loss.
Or, you may simply know of it not being there by the presence of these
five glaring signs.

1) Not honoring your privacy If something is in a drawer, it's in a
drawer away from public display. Someone having no business in that
drawer may be drawn to explore its contents. And further, this
uninvited explorer may take issue with what is discovered. Beware of
these signs of emotional abuse.

2) Not respecting your boundaries If you say "no," will it be the end
of a discussion or the beginning of a negotiation? When "no" means
"maybe" and becomes a challenge to convert into a "yes," beware of
emotional abuse! You may be enticed to surrender your initial
preferences simply to divert the consequences of your failure to
comply.

3) Not appreciating your experience and/or your feelings If your inner
world is not noticed, or factored into decisions involving both of you,
beware of this non-empathic partner. Your inner world may interest him
or her when and only when, it serves their needs. Having an interest in
your experience merely because it's an expression of you is not to be
expected with an emotional abuser.

4) Not being willing to have mutual involvement in your interests
Mutual involvement doesn't mean equal time doing your interests verses
theirs. Rather, it is reciprocal "interest" (or acceptance) in that
which interests you. The emotional abuser does not show an interest (or
awareness, understanding, or involvement) in your interests because
these activities or things please you. Instead, he or she shows an
interest only as it serves him/her.

5) Not honoring you for who and what you are. Intentionally seeking to
alter who and what you are to suit one's own preferences, rather than
accepting you as you are, is the most glaring of these signs. (Be
mindful of the distinction between someone's efforts to alter you to
suit their needs verses offering constructive criticism to contribute
to your growth.) The emotional abuser will seek to mold you to become
who and what he/she desires.

While each one of these undermines emotional safety, in combination
they make it impossible. If you encounter this cluster of signs, you
are probably looking at an emotionally abusive relationship. Seek to
understand the constellation of symptoms defining intimate partner
abuse before the emotional abuse spirals out of control.

abuse, see Emotional Verbal Abuse. Dr. Jeanne King, Ph.D. helps people

Jeanne King, Ph.D. - Domestic Abuse Prevention and Intervention'

I'm concerned that our Police have been very badly trained indeed and
rather than gaining seniority through merit, have managed it purely on
fear mongering due to flawed NLP training, for far, far too long (see
Bandler article in 'Mother Jones') as one ex police friend said 'we
have to work the job of three to fight the monsters within'

Yours sincerely,

Elizabeth Lucye Robillard
